Bola has over 30 years of experience working in various financial institutions in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He started his banking career in England, with Citibank in 1988. He subsequently worked in various institutions such as LloydsTSB, Hill Samuel, Robert Flemings, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank in the investment banking division. Bola moved back to Nigeria in 2007, to join UBA Global Markets as Vice President, where he was part of the Structured Finance and Corporate Finance Advisory Group team
